Currency

All product prices and checkout payments are in pounds sterling (GBP).

If your account or payment card uses another currency, your provider may apply its own exchange rate or fees. These are determined by your provider.

Availability may depend on your device, browser, payment account and provider eligibility. The checkout displays the methods available for your transaction.

Prices and Charges

Displayed prices include applicable taxes. Standard delivery within our supported UK delivery area is free.

The complete order total is shown before you submit payment. We do not add a separate payment-method surcharge.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed through the checkout and the relevant payment service providers.

Payment may be authorised or collected when you place the order. An order acknowledgement does not by itself mean that the order has been accepted; acceptance occurs when we send a dispatch confirmation.

If we cannot accept an order, we will promptly release the payment authorisation or refund the payment collected.

Unsuccessful Payments

If payment is declined, check your billing details and contact your payment provider where necessary.

If you are unsure whether an order was placed, contact us before repeatedly submitting payment.

We will never ask you to email your complete card number, security code or online banking password.

Refunds

Refunds are returned to the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise.

Our Returns & Refunds policy explains eligibility and processing times. We do not charge a refund-processing fee.

After we issue a refund, your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display it.
